After I paid to book an apartment through this company, I found out I’d be sharing it with strangers and that the booking couldn’t be refunded. I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known that important detail. I tried to reach the business owner, but she wouldn’t talk to me and said I wasn’t getting my money back. That’s no way to run a business.

I drove six hours, then got ignored for over an hour when I asked where to check in. The host never answers the phone. The online listing is misleading, with fees added after you reserve and no refund once you realize what’s going on. I’d rate them below one if I could. Stay away and keep your hard-earned money.
