The fresh towels and soap kept coming, the water pressure was good, and the bedding was clean. I also liked being able to open the windows for cold air at night. Still, the room needed work: the corners were dirty, the furniture had stains, and there were mystery marks on the walls, debris in drawers, and dirt on the curtains. Housekeeping probably couldn’t fix the furniture, but the rest made the place feel poorly kept. I was okay with it on my own, though I’d have been a little embarrassed with a partner or guests. I didn’t see any bedbugs or cockroaches. I was too busy to use the gym or pool, though I’d been looking forward to both. I’m grateful because the stay suited what I needed. With a remodel, and the staff they have, this could be a pretty nice place. I’d probably stay again. Thanks for having me.

The rooms were very clean, everything worked well, and breakfast was freshly served each day. Joy at the front desk was so nice and helpful, which I really appreciated. This feels like a home away from home, and I’ll keep coming back. Great experience for the price. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

I ended up staying longer than I planned, and I’m glad I found this place. The room was cozy and spacious, with an entry area with drawers, a couch, and a desk, separated by a door from the large bedroom and bathroom. There was a TV in each room, too. The facilities were nice and well kept. Room service was prompt and accommodating, and there’s an ice machine and a laundromat you can pay to use. The team helped whenever I needed something, and Tina especially was caring and helpful. I’m grateful to everyone there. The price was right, and while it’s not a five-star Michelin hotel, it does what it needs to do and then some for a great rate. Breakfast is included, too. Score.

I’ll be back in the next couple of weeks. The two women working daytime and evening were very nice, communicated well, and even asked how my workday went. Rocky was cool and helpful, and got the breakfast line ready at the right times. The manager was a doll and went above and beyond for me and my coworkers. Customer service has been really good and accommodating.
