Edge Studio Apartments

Justin finally handled the maintenance problems I’d been waiting on for more than five months under the previous team. He’s got that side covered, and the new manager has made a huge difference too. There have been so many improvements. I absolutely love the new team, she’s fantastic and the best thing to happen to this apartment complex.

I’m already looking forward to moving in. The apartment was clean and roomy, with lots of natural light and modern appliances. Amanda made the viewing especially helpful, and she knew the property well. The amenities [sic] I left impressed and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

I’ve lived here only nine months, and there have already been three managers. There’s dog poop all over the property and dog park, and roaches in the units. I could see some inside my stove through the clock. I asked for pest control twice and nobody came. I also gave 60 days’ notice to break my lease, with documentation, but the new management now says it isn’t valid. Tammy Yaden has been extremely rude, and after contacting higher management twice I still haven’t heard back. Zero out of 10. The department and staff are the worst, and completely unprofessional.

The place is looking almost new since the new owners started renovating. They’ve redone concrete on many walkways, added equipment to the gym, repainted doors, and cleaned the property up. You can tell they care about residents’ comfort and well-being. Amanda and Jeanne deserve credit for how much care they show everyone.
