Being right on the River Walk made it easy to get to shops and restaurants, and the rooftop pool was a lovely spot to unwind. We also enjoyed the rooftop café, both for the food and the views. The lobby had fresh fruit and cookies each day, a thoughtful little touch. Our room was spotless, beautiful, and very comfortable, and every staff member made us feel welcome from check-in through checkout. Mokara Hotel & Spa exceeded what I expected, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

We stayed six days and had a wonderful time. The hotel is quiet since it isn’t right on a busy main street, and you can walk straight down to the Riverwalk. It’s near downtown restaurants and the interstate, with most places about 20 minutes away or less. Our room felt luxurious and the AC worked well. The fitness center is probably one of the best equipped I’ve seen, and guests can use the spa amenities, so take advantage of them. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant at Riverwalk level and liked the food. Next time we’ll try the seafood tower. The valet team was great, bringing my car promptly whenever I needed it and having it ready when they anticipated our checkout. We’ll stay here again on our next San Antonio visit.

We had breakfast included, and it was worth it. Ostra was great, and the valet service was superb. The staff were friendly and attentive the whole weekend, and everyone did a fantastic job. The River Walk location is fantastic; the rooms and décor feel high-end and everything was beautifully maintained. I’ll definitely book here again.

Marissa made the biggest impression on me. She was warm, attentive to details, and seemed to anticipate what I needed before I asked. She handled everything with grace and enthusiasm, and honestly, she’s the best employee they have. Her care made an already memorable stay even better. The room was spotless and beautiful, with an elegant but welcoming feel, and the River Walk location was ideal. From the moment I arrived, the hotel showed real hospitality and comfort.

We picked this hotel for our third anniversary and were glad we did. Jeremy at the front desk was kind and got us checked in quickly after we were greeted with smiles and offered drinks. We ordered room service from Ostra, and the food was delicious. The service was top notch throughout. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and we loved sleeping in. We could text the staff with the time we wanted the room serviced, and the valet team took good care of our car. We’ll definitely come back on a future visit.
