They moved me three times. The first room's door handle fell off, the second wouldn't open at all, and in the third the shower barely worked and there was no hot water. I still haven't managed to speak with the manager, who hasn't been available whenever I try. There was no late checkout, and I had to pay for a second night just to stay one hour past checkout.

The people are nice, and the front desk tries to keep homeless people off the property, which is good. But the double beds are small, the motel is next to a busy interstate, and the pool is cloudy, though swimmable. The dog potty area is dirt or thorns with no grass. They don't provide many extra towels, and the sheets and covers were stained. There are a lot of homeless people in the area.

I couldn't sleep at all and ended up awake for 48 hours because the room and bathroom were so disgusting. There were stains everywhere, and the room seemed not to have been cleaned. Roaches and bugs were all over, including on the bed, chair, and towel, so I sat in a chair all night trying to stay awake.

The price was right, and customer service was excellent. The room was run down, though it was comfortable, and the tenants were very rowdy. I also didn't like hearing gun shots.

This is the best Motel 6 I've stayed at for customer service. The front desk is professional and courteous, and whenever I've had an issue, they've handled it quickly and with a smile. Well done!
