The room was old and musty, with paper-thin walls. My first night, noise from the adjoining room kept me up late, then woke me at 4 a.m. I asked the manager the next day not to put anyone in that room so I could sleep, and he agreed because the hotel was only half booked. Still, around 11:30 p.m., a noisy couple was put in there. When I went to complain, he got defensive and told me to leave. I’d planned to stay three nights, but checked out and went to the Holiday Inn up the road. The savings weren’t worth it. Absolutely do not stay here. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The location is handy for shopping and close to Six Flags, and the price was fair. The employees were courteous and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The old, worn window units took a good few hours to cool the whole room. I’d recommend it.

We needed somewhere to sleep after a late flight, and this worked out well. It was affordable and in a nice area, with a clean room that was fine for a night, though definitely dated. Our fridge didn’t work, but the staff were very friendly about sorting it out. I’d recommend it if you want something cheap and nice.

We walked in, saw what had been left on the shelf, and decided not to stay. The room was disgusting and run down, and I couldn’t let my kids touch anything. The bed looked so bad I assumed it would be uncomfortable, though we didn’t actually try it. We usually aren’t fussy about hotels since we’re just there to sleep, and we booked this through Choice Hotels expecting it to be okay. Since it was advertised as a “Six Flags” hotel, I figured it would be family-friendly. If that stuff was left out in plain sight, I can only imagine what we couldn’t see. Luckily, they let us cancel.

Dead roaches in the room, plus it was barely cleaned. I even found French fries from previous guests. Breakfast was garbage: Raisin Bran, Honey Bunch, flatbread, apples, bananas, and gas station muffins, with hardly any choice. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If you want a trash-filled room and terrible breakfast, this is the place for you.
