The manager, who says the front desk office is his, was mean and rude to me. I’m a woman traveling alone, so be careful. He kept my mail packages and also a debit card that was sent to the property. Roaches were everywhere, from the hall and elevator to the room. I stayed 30 days and never got clean linens, so I used and washed my own. There weren’t any missing items, but the final bill still had linen and missing-item fees. I cleaned my own room and found a broken glass meth pipe, as the picture shows. I’m dealing with corporate about all of this, and corporate says I’m due a refund, but the manager who handles check-in won’t release it. I also have videos, and the property has them too. There was no misconduct on my part. I was the one who ended my stay. The business as a whole doesn’t seem to value paying guests or offer respect or customer service. Good luck if you choose to stay.

My mother uses a wheelchair, and my sister, mom, and I had to stay here for an extended time because of an emergency. From the start, we were treated badly. Staff came into our room without permission several times, including once when I was changing my mother. It felt invasive and showed no respect for our privacy. The room had a bad smell before we arrived, but they blamed us for it, and it was never properly cleaned during our stay. The manager was rude and kept asking when we would leave, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I strongly felt racism, sexism, and ableism affected how we were treated, especially given my mother’s disability. Their refusal to admit any wrongdoing showed a disturbing lack of empathy. I can’t recommend this place, especially to families, people with disabilities, or anyone who needs a safe, respectful environment. It’s surprising they’re in the motel business at all.

We left less than an hour after arriving. There were more than a dozen cockroaches on the beds, walls, and elsewhere in the first room, and the sheets were filthy and smelled awful. The receptionist moved us to another room, but it was just as bad, so we left and booked somewhere else. At checkout we were told to come back the next morning for a refund. When we did, the manager said we were lying and refused to refund us. He claimed he had reviewed the cameras and said nobody had promised a refund. This place is a dump. I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The staff were polite, respectful, and quick to respond, but the building was run-down and didn’t match its online appearance. I booked a particular room through Booking.com, but it wasn’t available when I arrived. In the hallway I saw dead baby roaches on the floor. The first room smelled strongly of vinegar, had visible mold and mildew, loose bathroom baseboards, and a dirty-looking tub. The second room was better, but its bedding had dog hair, brown dirt marks, and what looked like a blood stain. Under the mattress cover, the mattress itself was covered with brown stains, as if it had been in mud, dried, and put back. The sink cabinet was missing panels, and the kitchen was very dated. The appliances worked, but the cabinets were so dirty inside that I didn’t want to store my dishes or utensils there. None were provided anyway. It was one of the cheaper choices, but the low price didn’t make up for these problems. Outside, there was mold, mildew, and water staining around the windows and wooden panels. With renovations, a deep clean, and routine pest inspections, the property could have potential. I hope they make improvements for future guests.
