Everhome Suites San Bernardino - Loma Linda

The smell of weed being smoked outside several times a day was the worst part. It got into the room and lingered, which was uncomfortable with my toddler there. That's the only reason I gave three stars. I'd stay again, though I'd suggest the left side of the building to avoid the parking lot or side of the building where people smoke. Our cozy room had a kitchen and coffee maker, and we stayed a week while visiting family. Cleaning cost extra, or they'd clean once during the stay if you asked. Parking was $12 a day, and we had to take out our own trash. I bought dish soap and multipurpose cleaner at Dollar Tree to keep the room clean. The laundry room was clean, staff and the hotel manager were friendly and helpful, and there were lots of nearby restaurants, so we didn't need to drive far.

We came on the 11th and decided to extend our staycation. Lissette, who attended to our room, made the stay even better with her bright, welcoming smile 😃 and by keeping the room nice and clean. She works hard, and we appreciate it. My family and I are enjoying our stay!

I booked a one-bedroom king suite from Oct 17 to Oct 19, 2025, and arrived around 4 PM feeling nauseous and needing to lie down. The man at the front desk checked us into room 128, but when we got there, a cleaning cart was outside, the door was open, and the maid was still inside cleaning. She was upset that they'd checked us into an unready room and said it was a mess and needed more time. We went back to ask for another room, and he put us in room 404, which was a standard room, not the suite we'd reserved. When we called, he said no one-bedroom suites were left and we could wait for the maid to finish. Since I felt so sick, we decided to keep the room, and they agreed to refund us the price difference. The manager on duty was fine with that, but as of October 27 there still hadn't been any resolution or return of the money owed to my wife and me. I really love the hotel, but I just want my money back.

The rooms are nice and clean, but bring the $150 deposit. There’s no breakfast. I called the front desk all night from work to ask for a late checkout and got no answer. When I went down after work in the morning and explained, they still wouldn't give me a one-hour late checkout. I'm a Choice Diamond member and feel they could have accommodated me better.
