Hampton Inn & Suites San Bernardino

The barking dog in the next room woke us around 8 a.m. and kept going so long that we couldn't fall back asleep. We'd arrived late after Disneyland, exhausted, and only stayed one night, so we just went to bed rather than deal with the room's problems. It was on the third floor and looked nothing like the online pictures. There were spots on the dirty-looking carpet, the sink kept dripping after briefly stopping when we tried to close it, and the toilet bowl and tub were stained. The wall trim wasn't sealed neatly either. I'm glad we only booked that one night. I can't speak for the other rooms, but this one needs updating.

Sara, Ebony & Teala at the front desk were responsive, professional and very nice. I don't like the every-other-day housekeeping policy, but they kindly provided what I needed on the days without service. The breakfast staff were also considerate, letting guests who arrived as they were closing still take some food.

There was a small fridge in our clean room, but no microwave in it. Guests can use one downstairs near check-in and the area where food is sold. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available free all day, and breakfast each morning is a very good full spread.

The whole place was quiet, and our room was clean and had everything set up nicely. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay here again.
