I was hesitant after reading the reviews, but I took a chance and I’m glad I did. The staff were very friendly, and there are lots of nearby places to eat and shop. We booked a suite with a working jacuzzi tub and tons of space. I’ll definitely book again.

For Latham, this is a very affordable hotel with considerate, respectful staff who pay attention to what guests need and ask for. Management is available 24/7, and my issues were handled quickly and well. People who’ve had a bad stay may not have spoken up to management, in my view. They even sorted out laundry and cosmetics late at night. I recommend the place. Keep up the good work.

I had a quiet, restful stay at a great price, and the hotel was clean. The owner and manager was wonderful, handling everything with skill and courtesy. The location worked perfectly for me, close to Walmart and the 76 Diner, where the food and service are great. I’m very pleased with the hospitality and kindness here. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My stay at Colonie Inn and Suites was easy and comfortable. The room was clean, and the friendly staff were accommodating. Everything went smoothly, which made it a convenient place to stay. I’d return and recommend it.

I woke up to about 1,000 ants in the room, and staff did nothing about it. The TV also didn’t work properly on the first day. They hadn’t put out a bath mat when I arrived, and I had to ask before anyone gave me the Wi-Fi password.
