As someone new to staying at a B&B, I found it a really nice experience. Tim was a friendly host and did his best to accommodate what we needed. The house and antiques were fascinating bits of the past, and Tim could tell us about each item. Since it was midwinter, we couldn’t see the garden at its full beauty. Still, it was a lovely new experience with my Valentine.

We spent three nights here, and it felt like home. The host was great, the setting beautiful, and breakfast looked lovely with candles. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. I also enjoyed talking with the host about KSU, sightseeing, and the area. A must stay!

Tim is such a gracious host. The house is lovely, and it’s in a fantastic spot near campus, in a lovely neighborhood. Let Tim tell you his stories. He really makes the breakfast part of bed and breakfast.
