The room was nice, and they let us check in shortly after 12pm. But there was no breakfast, and they said it hadn’t been available for five years. We couldn’t use the pool because it was “too windy.” Our TV didn’t work until they finally fixed it 30 minutes before checkout. There wasn’t any coffee or plastic cups either.

The room was nice, so I’d stay again. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, and there was only one roll of toilet paper. The towels and washcloths were left outside the bathroom, which was inconvenient.

They’d recently redone the room, but the elevator wasn’t working and there was no breakfast. I even called before booking and they didn’t mention that. I’d definitely stay somewhere else on baseline.

This Quality Inn has put me off every Quality Inn. There was a nasty cigarette smell, the AC didn’t work, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. It looked like there were patched-up bullet holes, with dirty walls, unfinished construction, and scratched furniture with drawers that wouldn’t shut. I’ve got pictures to prove it!

Alley(Ellie) and Robin were exceptional. It was great to come across customer service like theirs. They handled my situation and met my expectations professionally.
