Luis Zamudio really made this stay stand out. We arrived to a smooth, welcoming check-in with Jackie at the front desk, who was warm and professional. The breakfast selection was good, the area was clean and well kept, and the staff there were upbeat and attentive. The hotel also has free EV charging with around 10 easily accessible stations in the lot, including 2 Tesla chargers, which was a big plus. We did walk into a room with a strong weed smell. Jessica at the front desk handled our request professionally and got things moving. On our way back, we ran into Luis Zamudio, the houseman. Once he understood what was going on, he took charge, inspected the room himself, moved us to another room, and upgraded us too. He didn't pass the issue along or leave us waiting. He handled it personally and with care. He's the kind of employee who makes you want to come back to a property. Staybridge Suites has a great team, especially Luis.

The kitchen crew is wonderful, especially Lori. Guests make a point of praising her hard work every day, and her dedication really shows. That personal touch can make a great stay unforgettable. The hotel is comfortable, and the staff are genuinely friendly. Highly recommend.

Staybridge is my regular choice for long work trips. I get tired of restaurants and want to cook for myself and relax, which I was able to do easily here. The service was great and the room super comfortable. My only gripe is that I would've liked a bit more water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, it was perfect.

We stayed for about 10 days or more, and they made it feel like home. We loved the room and the staff. Shout out to Ms Lorie from breakfast, Ms Jackie, and Mrs Kimberly, and really all the staff at the staybridge. If we come back to town, this will be our place to stay. And thanks for putting up with my boys and all our towel and breakfast requests, we really appreciate you all!

Jessica Gonzalez at the front desk made a real difference during my stay at Staybridge. She was polite, attentive, and very accommodating. I didn't know much about IHG Rewards, and she took time to explain it all clearly and professionally. Her kind, welcoming attitude made the visit for me. With staff like her, I'll definitely stay here again.
