The price is surprisingly low for what you get. I had a big, spacious room with a microwave and refrigerator, excellent service, and free parking right there. It's not downtown, but for the same money you could stay here a month compared with a week at places downtown. Traffic in the area was light too. It was one of the best rooms I've had outside of a Blue Blood type hotel. If I'm in San Francisco again, I know where I'll stay. Great job, guys!

We stayed in a King Plus room and were surprised by how affordable the hotel was for SFO. It was spotless when we arrived and much more spacious than most rooms we've had over the past few years. The hotel has been recently remodeled, and the two rooms we saw, including an accessible king, were lovely and laid out comfortably. Breakfast is a basic continental spread with limited choices, but it was fine for a meal before heading out. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. With the free airport shuttle, it felt like a clean, attractive hidden gem in an expensive city.

I haven't stayed here myself, but I'm so grateful to the woman at the front desk and the manager who approved her helping us. My dad was on a work trip alone, and our family, in Ohio and Kentucky, couldn't reach him. His crew were there, but they didn't really know one another, partly because of language barriers. When his behavior seemed unusual, I panicked that something terrible had happened. The front desk woman got permission from her manager, then went with one of his coworkers to check his room. She even called me afterward to say he wasn't there. We're still trying to find out where he went, and his phone is in the room, but knowing he wasn't alone and suffering from a possible health emergency gave us some peace. Her care and initiative helped our family think more positively and eased our worst fears. Their kindness made us feel the presence of God. Thank you so much!

The room and bed were cozy, quiet, and peaceful, and the whole staff made the stay great. Ms. Pavina and Mr. Mike were especially welcoming, with hospitality that's hard to beat. I'd give it 10/10 and recommend it if you need somewhere to stay.

Booked through Hotwire.com, I found the rooms clean and well looked after. The hotel is close to SFO and not too far from the Golden Gate or Sausalito. Parking is free and breakfast comes with the stay: the same cheese omelette, juice, corn flakes, and hot waffles. For the overall price, it's an okay place to stay.
