Ritz Inn San Francisco SFO Airport

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, and the room was quiet and very clean. You’ll hear planes taking off every minute or so because the hotel sits under the SFO flight path on a busy street. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s a great place to stay.

Management was attentive and accommodating, and the service was amazing. This charming little locally owned motel has the feel of a better time, and the rooms were spotless. I’d definitely recommend the Ritz Inn.

There’s plenty of room, and the bed was comfortable enough for a full night’s sleep. I didn’t expect the room to be this big. The keys were a bit temperamental, though the front desk can reset them. Shopping nearby is limited, but there are plenty of places to eat. I’m pretty sure a family runs the place and lives there. Be kind and respectful to them, they deserve it.

Even though I’m six hours from home, staying here feels like being at home. I sometimes have bad dreams, but the place has nothing but good juju. The family who runs it treated me beautifully and helped with some unusual requests, like parking my huge box truck and drying my clothes when I was in a rush. I travel for work and have stayed in multiple five-star hotels, but I love this place.
