For a quick layover, this was a comfortable, convenient spot with easy on-site parking. We checked in late, and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The microwave and mini fridge were useful bonuses. I’m not sure I’d call the plastic-wrapped pastries and coffee a complimentary breakfast, though. Otherwise, a nice place to stop briefly.

The staff were professional and efficient, parking was adequate, and the room had a mini fridge and excellent water pressure. It was fine for a short stay. The location is great for the airport, restaurants, and shopping. Breakfast works for a quick bite, though I’d have liked bananas. The coffee in the room was better than the downstairs coffee. I’d recommend it.

The kids loved the eggs and waffles, and there’s free water to refill. Breakfast is basic, but that’s enough for me. Everything else was great: clean room, comfortable beds, and nice staff. It’s close to San Francisco and plenty of good, inexpensive restaurants. I’d come back many times. Try to get the two king beds if you can. I’d give this place more than five stars. Four-star hotels without even a microwave feel like a rip-off after this.

The room was clean, and they made the bed for my second night, which was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located near San Francisco International Airport. Still, I wouldn’t recommend it, since there are nearby options at similar prices. Check-in took 15 minutes because the person at the desk got distracted by other guests and kept prioritizing them while already checking me in. Noise was another problem: an AC unit in a neighboring room was so loud when it came on that it woke me, even with earplugs. The advertised wired internet didn’t work. Wi-Fi was available, but weak and congested, and I noticed latency spikes during video meetings from the room.

The location was handy, about six minutes from the airport, with good food options nearby. Our room was cute and quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. Check-in was quick, and the room was ready early. Staff sanitized every day during our stay, which made me feel they were going above and beyond to keep everyone safe from COVID. A great experience.
