Red Roof Inn Darien - I-95/ North Brunswick

The grounds were tidy, the property was well kept, and the staff were friendly. My room, including the bathroom, was really clean. For a Red Roof Inn, this spot is definitely above average, and I was very happy with my stay.

For a Red Roof Inn, this was above average. It’s in a great spot right off I-95, near restaurants, and only six minutes from downtown Darien, with its scenic area, brewery, restaurants, and coffee shop. The room was spacious and very clean, with one of the best hotel-room fridges I’ve seen. The AC and heater worked well, were easy to use, and ran quietly. Everything else worked too. On the downside, rooms with two queen beds don’t have a coffeepot, though the lobby coffee is great. The vanity area was much too small, the bathtub drain was badly rusted and needs replacing, and the pillows were too hard. Still, it was a good place to stay, especially with a cat. She liked the room, and she’s a seasoned traveler.

My family and I stayed here for one night on January 5, 2026. The room was just right, very clean, and didn’t have any smell at all. The staff were nice too. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you! 🤍

The front desk clerk was super nice and gave us a good room at a good price. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area just off I-95 was very quiet. We had a great room and this was our first time at a Red Roof Inn. We’ll definitely try other Red Roof Inns when we travel.
