Losing the $1,000 won't affect us financially, but that's not really the issue. We had to cancel on the day of our stay because our dog needed emergency vet care. When I called, the employee seemed eager to end the conversation and simply said there would be no room credit. We've stayed here several times, so that response felt like poor treatment of returning customers. We won't stay there again.

The staff made check-in and check-out easy and were really kind and helpful. Our room was much bigger than I expected, with a full-size fridge, kitchen, plenty of storage, a nice shower, and a big comfortable bed. Best of all was the ocean-facing balcony, where we could watch the sunset. The beach view was amazing.

The staff were so friendly, and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The setting is absolutely stunning. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

We had a great couple of nights here. The views were incredible, and with so many windows to open, we got a lovely sea breeze. Our studio was spotless, everything worked, and even the windows were clean. It had a kitchenette and a large private patio, too. Getting to the beach was easy, without elevators or crossing major streets, and the rooms felt low-key and simple to reach. A real hidden gem among California coastal hotels, no exaggeration.

I did some research before finding this place. It's not somewhere we'll stay often, but I'd come back. Great location and staff deserve a +10. Can't rate it higher.
