Allegro Towers

Moving from out of state was stressful, but Lamarr and the leasing team at Allegro helped us get settled into our new home. We’re really thankful and excited to be here.

Concrete walls make it much quieter here than most places I’ve lived, and maintenance responds extremely quickly. I spent three years here and would’ve stayed longer if work hadn’t taken me out of town. The place is clean, and Sarah, the manager, was always easy to work with. Jack and Lynn at the front desk greeted us with a smile. Lots of tenants stay five to ten years, and it can be hard to get in, but it’s worth the wait. For this price, Allegro is probably the best place to live in Little Italy.

DON’T DO DELIVERIES HERE. Residents here are often condescending and don’t tip. If you message them to find the apartment or ask where to leave an order, they may report you. Be careful, there are multiple horrible customers living here.

The underground parking floods whenever it rains, with water pouring down every floor and creating dangerous conditions for tenants and their cars. There are also huge cracks in the walls, and water comes through the CONCRETE ceiling. For a place charging thousands of dollars a month, this is hard to believe. They’ve promised for years to fix the parking lot, but nothing has happened. Things are falling apart inside and out. I have video of the damage, but for some reason it won’t let me post it. 🤯
