The amenities are great, and the free shuttle driven by Mr.Richard is really helpful and convenient. Frank at the leasing office is awesome, always friendly, welcoming, and ready to answer questions. He doesn't just point you in the right direction, he'll walk with you to make sure you find the place. I really appreciate all his help at La Jolla Crossroads!

I lived at La Jolla Crossroads for two years while studying at UCSD and genuinely enjoyed it. Frank was especially reliable and made sure issues were taken care of without a hassle. Maintenance responded quickly and handled requests efficiently, and the staff were consistently helpful and professional. The gym, bowling alley, pool tables, and other amenities were well maintained and made day-to-day life convenient. We even got the first month of rent free. It was a comfortable, positive place to live during my time at UCSD.

The community room has plenty of space and is a great place to have fun with family and friends, whether you're bowling or playing pool. The staff are very polite and make sure it's a real asset for residents. One of the best apartments in the UTC area.
