The breakfast selection was limited, but it worked for an easy meal: toast, bagels, waffles, cereal and fresh fruit. I enjoyed it. The only suggestion I have is to add another waffle maker, since the line in the breakfast hall got long. I stayed a few days ago. The rooms were very clean, the front desk women were sweet and helpful, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning every day while I was out.

The parking lot was uncovered and very tight, and they charged $14 per night for parking. There was no microwave in the room, and the front desk had no quarters for laundry. Our shower initially had no hot water, but they moved us to a room with decently warm water. The hot tub water was very hot, though its bubbles weren’t working.

Michelle treated me with respect, patience and real empathy when I explained I’d been displaced from home by unexpected property damage, with no clear idea when I could return. It’s an overwhelming situation, and her understanding made a difference. When I needed to extend my stay, she handled the details clearly and accurately, including the rates. She also made sure I could keep the same room I’d originally checked into, which meant a lot during such an uncertain time. She went above and beyond. People who do their job with that much care are rare, and I can’t thank her enough for making a hard stretch more manageable. If you want to be treated with dignity and genuine care, come to the Ramada Inn at 1660 Camino Del Rio South, right off the Auto Circle exit. Michelle has restored my faith in customer service.

Maria, the Housekeeper Supervisor, made sure I had a clean, comfortable room and was very kind. The front staff, including Michelle, Natalia and Linde, were friendly and personable. They took time to know me as a guest and as a person, and did their best to handle my requests right away. I enjoyed my stay very much. General Manager Kurt was humble and worked hard to make the experience positive and stress free. Thank you so much!
