The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the location worked well for our concert venue. Booking through Airbnb was a little confusing at first, but Lucy at the front desk was an absolute doll. She gave us useful information about the area and got us checked in quickly. I'd definitely stay here again.

I liked the modern, roomy one-bedroom apartment layout and having a full kitchen. The location is great, and the service was fantastic. When someone upstairs was stomping around at 3:30 in the morning, I texted, and it seems they handled it promptly because the noise stopped about 10 minutes later. Still, that showed there's not much soundproofing if you have inconsiderate guests above you. My room faced the interstate, and you could hear all the traffic. They have a white noise machine, which is a nice touch, but it didn't do enough. It's a clear downside for those rooms, and I'm surprised they didn't use more soundproof windows when building. There were only blinds, no blackout curtains, so the bedroom stays bright. Curtains would help. Nothing the staff could do about those issues. I give it four stars for the staff, amenities, and location.

I've stayed here 16 times, traveling to Austin once a month for a week of business, and I've already booked next month. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you might need to cook for yourself. Whole Foods is less than a five-minute walk away. Parking is easy, convenient, and secure, and I've never had a problem. The staff are polite, professional, and quick to respond. The only issue across all my stays was dead batteries in the TV remote, which they replaced quickly. The hotel is a very short walk from lots of restaurants and 6th Street. I chose it partly because it's close to my office and a small but well-equipped gym. My one critique is that the gym is missing a cable trainer. I highly recommend Placemakr for quality, convenience, and cost. I've recommended it to several colleagues, and they've enjoyed it as much as I have.

I've really enjoyed living at Pacemaker Apartments. The unit is nicely laid out, gets good natural light, and has finishes that feel a little better than you'd usually find at this price. The community is quiet but friendly, and the location makes getting around easy. The amenities are well kept, and the grounds always look clean. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, I'd recommend taking a tour. The leasing team has been responsive from day one, and maintenance requests have been handled quickly and professionally.
