The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bright shower lighting was a nice touch. The colors in the room kept it from feeling dull, too. I booked this place on Expedia for one night after a bad experience at another hotel, and the exterior looked just like the photos. I arrived around 9 PM and Juan was helpful and gave me useful information. Even though it’s a motel, the three-building layout makes a sheltered, enclosed space that felt more like a traditional hotel and more comfortable. The parking area is enclosed by the property, which made it feel secure. There are great places to eat around Tustin, and I’d gladly stay here again if I’m in the area.

The room was quiet, clean, and well looked after, and the shower had wonderfully hot water with great pressure. Parking was free and easy, and the staff were friendly. It’s a good value in a handy part of Tustin, with the highway close by for easy access. We also enjoyed dinner at the nearby Denny's.

I was here for work for over a week. The property was kept up well, the rooms were clean, and everyone at the desk was nice. It’s in a good spot, close to places to get food and coffee. Good stay.

Alicia at the front desk was courteous, kind, and really helpful whenever I called or stopped by the front office. The place has a great new look, and the staff were great. I’d stay here again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Thank you.

The room and the price were both great, but I’m giving this one star because they kept my $50 deposit. A week went by without the refund, so I called and was told someone had smoked in the room. My fiancé and I don’t smoke. We checked in at 2 pm, went to Disney all day, got back at 1 am, then checked out at 8 am. The room smelled clean both when we arrived and when we left. Housekeeping apparently said it had been smoked in, which is pretty crazy to me. I’ll dispute the charge with my credit card company. Be careful if they don’t return your $50 deposit.
