The room was spotless and quieter than I expected, and we slept right through on the peaceful street. Breakfast was fresh and filling, too. Check-in was quick and smooth, with staff who were friendly and professional. For the price, the comfort and service make this an easy yes. I’d book again without hesitation.

There’s plenty of parking out back, and grocery shopping and neighborhood restaurants are close by. It’s easy to find at 13th and Old Oakland, with 880 and 101 nearby. My room was clean and nicely furnished, and the night clerk was friendly, polite, and patient. For a lower-cost motel, it’s a good value. I was pleasantly surprised and had a really good stay. I’ll be back when I’m in the area.

A huge roach in the hallway as I was checking out was the last straw. The rooms are filthy, and this hotel is overpriced for such low quality. I strongly recommend not bringing children here. If I’d known beforehand how nasty it was, I wouldn’t have come, and I won’t return. It could have potential if they cleaned the rooms properly and repaired the damage. A little effort would go a long way.

Clean, convenient, and safe right in the heart of the city. It was a perfect budget-friendly base for exploring the bay area. Loved the price.

I booked the wrong night online, but they fixed my mistake right away and got me a better room. They were lovely to deal with. Great service, highly recommend!
