There’s plenty of room to work in the Kasa apartment, along with huge bathrooms and a big balcony. It’s close to Santana Row and the San Jose Airport, and you can walk to a row of restaurants for a late dinner or a drink. My puppy liked saying hello to the neighbors. He’s well trained and doesn’t bark at people. Parking takes a little figuring out, but the check-in instructions explain it clearly.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and nicely furnished, and having two parking spaces was a plus. The complex has several buildings, so getting from the garage to our unit was a bit of a hassle. It’s downtown next to a college, and there was some weekend night noise, though I slept through it. The virtual help desk responded quickly.

The place was clean and neat, and the instructions made getting into the building easy. It was also simple to reach the virtual front desk. My one tiny complaint is that there’s no TV in the bedroom. We’d definitely come back.

Update 8/16/23: I raised my concerns about how the cancellation policy was explained, and they listened to the feedback. I’m changing my rating from one star to five. Before that, I felt the policy was poorly displayed, and I called the company very crooked.

I loved staying here, and my family did too. It was noisy, but it wasn’t dirty, and we felt welcome. The instructions need to be followed carefully. My only other complaint is that there should be TVs in each room. I’d book with them again in any city or state I travel to, if they have a location there. I almost don’t want to use another hotel service now, lol. This is easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at.
