The room worked really well for our family of four, with two queen beds, a comfy bed feel, good AC, and a shower with strong pressure. We chose this hotel because it was close to an early graduation, and the location was just right. We even walked to Chili's for dinner. Breakfast had a tasty, basic selection, and my nephew and I especially liked the mini waffles. We'd stay here again and recommend it.

We were able to check in a little early and check out an hour late, which was great. The hotel had what we needed, and there are restaurants within walking distance. We didn't have time to try the pool, though we really wanted to. Breakfast was good, but I'd ask them to add some fruit. We'd definitely stay here again.

The staff made this stay. They were warm and welcoming, and one person remembered us from our airport pit stop and let us check in early without the usual fee. It was also fun chatting with other Grand Prix attendees, and coffee, fast food, and gas stations are close by. We picked Wingate for Grand Prix weekend in Austin because it was affordable and within a 30 minute drive of CoTA. The room was decent, with great AC and comfortable beds. There were a few little issues, like a slightly sketchy elevator and odd spots on the curtains, but we had a wonderful time. My dad especially enjoyed the pool, and we'd definitely come back.

The hotel felt a bit rundown. I upgraded to a suite so I could watch TV from the sofa in the evening, but there was only one TV, and a wall blocked the sofa's view of it. You also have to ask at the front desk for a coffee maker if you want one in your room.

The front desk workers were friendly and knowledgeable, and we loved the good-sized rooms with a microwave and fridge. Breakfast was very good too. We loved everything about our stay, and it was a great place to stay.
