I had a water facing balcony, and opening the curtains in the morning to see the sun on the water was lovely. The hotel was clean and conveniently located for my business trip. The bed was comfortable, with four pillows in a good range of softness. There were plenty of outlets beside both sides of the bed and by the table. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had good pressure. I did find a couple of containers left by previous guests when I opened the fridge, an empty ice cream container and an empty mini vodka bottle.

The hotel was beautiful, with amazing views, a great atmosphere, and clean spaces. Our stay at Hyatt was wonderful. Special thanks to Nathan Frank. As soon as he started his shift, everything got smoother and faster. He went above and beyond and made us feel welcome and at home. Excellent service, thank you, Nathan!

The rooftop pool was nice, and the room was generous in size with a high bathroom. We had a sunrise view and a partial ocean view from this great location. Service could be better, though I don't blame the staff given how busy a tourist spot this is. Parking is valet only, and on one day the staff couldn't drive my Tesla model 3.

Breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh choices for everyone. The location was convenient, and the hotel felt well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a long day. The staff welcomed us and were always ready to help. It was a really pleasant stay, and I'd happily come back.

The pool is huge, right up on the rooftop with amazing views, and the breakfast was delicious. We liked the smoothies too, they were tasty and refreshing. We loved the location, close to downtown and the marketplace. We had a blast during a couple of nights with the family. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant and pool staff, was respectful and polite. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for a Hyatt centric. We loved our stay!
