Extended Stay America Suites San Ramon Bishop Ranch West

The place feels run down, and the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors’ headboard. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you have kids. The elevators reek of smoke, and honestly the whole property does. My supposed non-smoking room smelled of smoke, last week’s food, and pet urine. Sonia at the lobby had the worst attitude. They should hire people with better customer service. The housekeeping staff are the kindest and seem to have actual people skills, but even their hard work can’t make this place appealing.

My husband and I moved in May 2025, and the experience has been outstanding. The office is fantastic and the cleaning crew is AMAZING. Olga has been friendly and helpful the whole time. She knows I like the room spotless EVERY DAY. I clean daily too, and when Olga comes, her work gets Jackie Approved. I’m picky, and she does a fantastic job. Thank you all for the kind words and support. The whole crew has been amazing!

Parking is plentiful, and the staff are professional and super accommodating. I’ve been at this Extended Stay America for over a month, and it’s been smooth and easy to stay here long term. Highly recommend if you need a dependable place in the area.

Everything was clean and in its place, and the housekeeping person on our third floor always did a great job. We felt like we got the “white glove” treatment each time. Anything extra we needed was provided readily, day or night, with a smile, especially by the manager, Mr. Shehzad. He’s a cool, awesome guy, and he and the team made us feel at home, almost like we were at a high-end five-star resort. They clearly take pride in looking after guests. My wife, our toddler, and I travel quite a bit, and we stayed at this Extended Stay America for about two months during the last two months. From the first day, the staff member who checked us in was welcoming, and the rest of the team stayed professional and helpful throughout. If we’re in Northern California again, this is where we’d choose to stay. Five stars all around.
