We got a quiet room facing away from the freeway, which mattered because my bf is a light sleeper. Ours was spacious, private at the very end, room 267, with an extremely clean interior and a very comfortable bed. We had a really nice stay, and the staff were professional and kind. I grew up in the “tri-valley” (SR, Dublin, Danville, Pleasanton, etc), and this has been the “nicest” hotel in the area for a long time. Unfortunately, my car got broken into. They went through the glove compartment and console, though thankfully we had nothing of real “value.” I have a “lock by key fob” situation, and I felt sure by habit that I’d locked it, but couldn’t swear to it because I didn’t remember. The staff were nice, but they need parking lot surveillance!!!!!! We didn’t get to try the Bishop Grill. It’s not a common area to stay, but a great place, with central access to San Jose, SF, and Napa, all 45-60 minutes away.

The rooms are really nice, and the showers feel refreshing. Everyone was helpful, especially Marcela. Just keep in mind that parking costs $19. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, and I’d happily stay here.

My team and I were here for a conference. The food was good, and there were plenty of parking lots and clean restrooms. The place was clean and tidy, with no major complaints. Everything was perfect.

They charge $19 a night for parking at the front desk, even though the sign outside lists it as $14. They should also consider refunds in extreme emergencies when someone checks out at an appropriate time and won’t be staying the remaining nights. It was a terrible experience. Even two stars feels generous.

I only stayed one night, but it was a great hotel for a Saturday night, with a lively scene after dark. The hotel and rooms were clean and nice, and I was very happy with my stay. I’ll definitely come back on future trips.
