The Lake House at Ferry Point sits in a quiet spot on the lake, with restaurants nearby, including DOX and The Alamo. Pam & Al were so welcoming and pleasant, and the rooms were charming and comfortable. Our bathrooms were sparkling clean, and the hostess left us a variety of treats and amenities. We enjoyed the front porch for coffee at sunrise and cocktails by moonlight. Inside, the cozy living room had tasteful decor, books, games, puzzles, and a gorgeous natural rock fireplace. Breakfasts were warm, sweet, and savory, with hot coffee or tea. Everything you might need for a visit to this quaint New England town on Winnisquam Lake is there.

Al cooked outstanding breakfasts every morning, and Alyson's careful housekeeping made our room possibly the cleanest we've ever stayed in. This was our first visit to the Lake House, for my husband's birthday, and it became our favorite of all the B&Bs we've visited over the years. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and enchanting. Pam was always available, sharing some history of the Lake House, suggesting local activities and places to eat, and making sure we were comfortable. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a scenic, comfortable base in New Hampshire's Lake Region. We look forward to coming back.

The little details throughout the inn show how much Pam and Al care for it. The whole place was spotless, and Pam even gave us a personal tour. Each guest room had its own style and feel. On my second visit, the change in scenery from winter to summer was remarkable. The waterfront gazebo, with water softly lapping against the rocks, felt so relaxing, and the flowers across the grounds were beautiful. It was my second stay at the Lake House at Ferry Point, and it only made me love this charming inn more. My first visit was in the dead of winter, when the warm welcome of the stone fireplace was a wonderful sight. Pam and Al were wonderfully hospitable, with such calm, caring natures that I felt like family as soon as I arrived. It felt like stepping into a Hallmark movie. I can't wait to return. If you haven't visited, I'd highly recommend it for a memorable, enchanting stay.

Sitting by beautiful Lake Winnisquam with a good book is such a lovely way to spend an afternoon. This little inn is charming, the cookies are delicious, and I'd highly recommend it.

We spent three nights at the Lake House at Ferry Point and really enjoyed our stay. Room #1, on the first floor, was wonderful; the other rooms are on the second and third floors. The innkeeper and her husband, Paw and Al, were lovely and kept checking whether we needed anything to make the visit more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back next year for longer, and this B&B would make a great fall getaway. Each of the three breakfasts was different and delicious. Coffee, tea, and the nightly cookies were available in the dining room, just off the main entrance, where breakfast is served. The common room had comfortable seating, a full-wall bookcase with books, puzzles, and games, plus a large-screen TV. There's also a shared refrigerator on the second floor. The covered porch runs along the front of the house, with several seating options. Across the lake, Adirondack chairs and a gazebo make a nice spot to read or relax by the water. There's a small beach at the lake entrance, though the bottom is rocky, so water shoes are recommended. Swimming is great farther out, with limited boat traffic. Kayaks and life jackets are available after signing the waiver. Several local restaurants are just a short drive away.
