We stayed here a year ago for a volleyball tournament and it was clean then, so we expected a similar visit this time. Instead, the stairwell had trash and a sauce cup spill that stayed there all three days, sticky on the walls and piled on the steps. There were cigarette butts outside, and socks from previous guests in our room. The room itself looked okay, but the channel list was sticky and visibly dirty. The pool area was a hard no. I was very disappointed, as were my parents, and we won't book here again.

The room was good, the service was great, and the place looked beautiful. I've usually had a good time at Quality Inns, and this stay was much the same. The one problem was finding dirty underwear and shorts under the sleeper sofa, which was a housekeeping and previous-guest miss. Still, it was easy to overlook and the stay was pleasant. I'd sleep here again, just without anyone's laundry under the sofa.

Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the dining area was clean. The pool, though, had a black dirt ring all the way around the tiles. Flying bugs near the North door and along the hallway were annoying. The furniture looked recently updated and nice, but the building itself felt old, with crumbly walls.

Good rates and breakfast, and the hotel is great for the area. The showers were cold, though. If you'd like bath water as chilly as the weather outside, this is your spot. Apparently management has made sure that will carry into the winter. Impressive foresight.

The rooms were immaculate, and the front desk service was excellent. They took care of everything I needed. It was five minutes from where I had to be, and the price and location make this a place I'd recommend if you're in town.
