Good value for the price. The bed was good, the staff were friendly, and the place had a cozy feel. Mornings were kind of noisy, with doors and people in the hall, so sleeping late wasn't an option.

The front desk sorted out an issue with my Marriott account. Staff were polite and professional, and both my room and the hotel were clean and quiet. My room was modern and comfortable too.

This is an old hotel, and our room was really dusty. You could see dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. I get that there's no breakfast anymore, but having no coffee in the lobby is ridiculous. All we were left with was the garbage coffee in the room. Welcome to MORMON Utah.

What keeps me coming back is how personal the service feels. I used to stay here often for work, though I don't come up as much now. Whenever I do return, the staff greet me warmly, recognize me, and make me feel like a valued guest. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the bistro is an amazing dining experience. I look forward to each visit and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The renovations look great, and the hotel is very clean. It's in a good spot near shopping and several places to eat, and the staff are kind and welcoming. I love the large swimming pool, especially since it's open 24 hours. The General manager and staff do a great job running the place.
