We booked this place at the last minute for a Disney trip after finding that nearby hotels were outside our budget. It was much more reasonably priced, and the parks were only about a 15-minute trip away, so being right next door really wasn't necessary. We stayed two nights and had a great time. The hotel is clean and pleasant, though a little older, and the staff were helpful and courteous. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were EXTRA soft, unless we were just exhausted lol. It also gave me a better impression of the IHG brand, since I usually stay with BONVOY.

William at the front desk is delightful, and the rest of the staff were professional and caring too. When I went to the breakfast area for coffee, they offered me a bagel and other food to take along for free since it was too early for me to eat. Nothing fancy, just kind people looking out for me. The rooms are clean, the showers have great pressure, and parking is easy. I travel for work and have stayed at pricier hotels around here that had dirty rooms, no heat, awkward parking, or even old wrecked furniture piled in the halls. This place was a real find, and I plan to keep coming back. Can't recommend it enough!

The hotel was fully booked when we asked to switch out of the handicap room we were first given. Still, the staff and manager put in a lot of effort to find us a regular room, and they managed to move us a couple of days later. We really appreciate everyone helping meet our needs. Great job!!!

I found the hotel quiet, and the management seemed well organized. Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were great. Its location just off the 55 worked perfectly for us, with movie theaters and grocery stores close by. The prices are reasonable, and everything was extremely uncomfortable, especially the dove products they provide. Love it. One of the best Holiday Inn stays I've had, highly recommend.

We needed a late checkout this time because we had an all-day visit to disney california, and the hotel was very helpful about it. It was nice and quiet during this stay. On an earlier visit there was a dance convention, and the dancers were noisy in the hallways, but the hotel reps did a great job handling the situation.
