The Castillo staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional, and they made our ninth anniversary feel memorable. I won't say which unit we stayed in, but it made us feel like king and queen of the area. The room was beautifully designed, bright, and clean, with a spacious outdoor area. The bed felt like home, and the bathroom was close to perfect, with a wide mouth sink, filtered water, and a comfortable shower and bathtub. Thank you to the Castillo staff for everything. This is my new place to stay in SB.

There's a park right across the street, and the beach is a block away, with the pier not too far either. Shops and a 7-11, market, and liquor store are all a short walk away. Our room was spacious and nicely done, with a patio and seating for four, plus a couch and chair inside. There's also a mini fridge. Take the patio cushions in at night or you'll end up with a wet bottom! The staff are super kind. Glad we found this place, and we'll be back.

Kirsten at Castillo Inn at the Beach and Cassie from Alpha Floral made our 26th wedding anniversary unforgettable. Before my wife and I arrived, they helped arrange for beautiful flowers to be delivered and set up in our room. The flowers were high quality, the delivery was on time, and the arrangement was more creative than I could have hoped for. My wife was surprised and loved the whole experience. I'm so thankful to Kirsten and Cassie for their time, patience, and professionalism. They're incredible people, and I hold them in high esteem, almost like sisters. GOD bless you both. This small hotel has cottage-style rooms and puts you within walking distance of State St, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars. It's two blocks from the pier, where there are more restaurants too.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were nice. I could hear more noise from outside than I would have liked.
