Christy was working the front desk when I arrived, and she was lovely and professional. MBI made me feel welcome, as it always does. I've stayed here many times and keep coming back for the rooms, amenities, and location. The wharf, marina, and downtown are all within walking distance. They have high-quality linens, towels, robes, and bathroom products, plus coffee and tea in the morning. Homemade lobby cookies are a nice treat after a long day walking around beautiful Santa Barbara. Looking forward to another relaxing stay in SB.

The rooms were spotless, the beds super comfortable, and check-in and checkout were seamless. This charming boutique inn felt like a home away from home, with a great location just minutes from the beach and restaurants. We loved the stay and will definitely be back. We had one of our most enjoyable stays in Santa Barbara. The hotel was peaceful and conveniently located, with plenty of dining options easy to reach. Everything had been newly remodeled, and the in-room amenities were exceptional. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful place to make special family memories.

The beach and shops were just a block away, so getting around on foot was easy. Our two-night stay was wonderful: the room was quiet and spotless, and everyone on staff was so friendly. Thanks to General Manager Mr Miguel Cuellar for arranging an upgrade and going out of his way to make the visit special. We'd happily come back.

The staff were so friendly, professional, and helpful, and the location made it easy to get to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also loved the little extras, from sparkling wine when we arrived to coffee, tea, and cookies whenever we wanted. There was fruit and oat pots for breakfast, too. Our room was stylish and comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were lovely. After a day of walking, that hot tub felt amazing. We’d stay here again next time.
