The front desk workers were welcoming, and breakfast had plenty of continental options, including fresh, locally sourced bagels and pastries. Our room seemed recently remodeled, was clean, and was probably the nicest motel room I've stayed in. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had two heads and great pressure. It was a very reasonable price for somewhere so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We loved staying here and plan to return. The one small drawback is there's no pool or hot tub like at many nearby hotels.

We walked everywhere and had a lovely visit. The location felt safe and quiet, very close to the harbor and beach. Our room was clean and modern, and housekeeping tidied it every morning like a fairy. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved our four nights here and would definitely stay again.

The deep soak tub was a real treat after a long drive, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The rooms are clean, and the location is great for walking around. For a motel, I was pleasantly surprised. My only complaint is the coffee: it tasted like tea, and I didn't drink it. Better coffee, creamers, sugar, and maybe a Nespresso would be a nice upgrade. That's minor, though. This place seems better than most nearby motels. Maybe the people leaving negative reviews expect a Ritz experience, I don't know.

Coming from Europe, I hadn't a clue, and the staff were super helpful. The rooms are a good size, clean, and have modern decor, with a great-sized shower. Parking is available right in front of your door. I spent a while trying to avoid places that looked nice but had bad reviews. This isn't one of those. A real gem in town, highly recommended.

We had three adults and two kids in a room with two queen beds and a pullout twin sofa, and it worked perfectly. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchenette is handy if you want to eat out less. Reception were helpful and polite, and the morning breakfast had plenty of options. We'd recommend this motel for a quiet, pleasant stay in Santa Barbara.
