I'm clinically blind and was traveling with my service dog, but they refused to accommodate us and made me and my companion check out and leave. The sign mentions a $100 dog fee, but they can still deny you service, apparently. I was told this place isn't dog friendly regardless of the situation. I'm sure it had nothing to do with my color, haha. We found a better hotel up the block for a much better price, so it worked out. Stay here if you like 👍 NO PETS!!!!!!

OASIS IS WHERE YOU WANNA!!!! The housekeeping is on point. This morning I set out dirty towels, and five minutes later someone knocked with fresh ones. No other inn or hotel does it like this place. It's the most amazing inn we've had the pleasure of staying at. If I could give it 10 stars, I definitely would. And no RESIDENTIALLY CHALLENGED individuals walking around the property, BIG PLUS!!

We had a comfortable, clean room with a good bed, shower, and TV, and it was easy on the wallet too. The place has a charming feel, with a nice garden, pool, and plenty of parking. Staff were courteous and helpful, and their dinner suggestion, Los Agaves, was great.

We're from the Bay Area, and the room was clean when my boyfriend and I arrived. The staff were friendly and parking was really convenient. We liked it enough to agree we'd stay there again whenever we're back in Santa Barbara.

We're wrapping up four days at the Oasis and will definitely come back. The value is terrific for Santa Barbara. We used the sparkling clean pool, with nice furniture, and there's also a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid, vending machines, and an ice machine. The property is clearly looked after. Our room is roomy and comfortable, with air conditioning, a big separate kitchen that has space for a large table and computer setup, a large TV, comfortable beds, and a lovely bathroom with a deep tub. The linens and towels are good quality, and housekeeping has been excellent. One small suggestion, the bathroom needs hooks. I was a bit worried when we drove in because the parking lot is in poor shape. Check-in also wasn't especially friendly or informative, but everything after that has been very positive.
