We feel at home in this spacious, clean apartment. There's plenty of natural light, the appliances are new, and everything is in good condition. The courtyard and private parking lot are nice to have, and the neighbors are friendly. Management responds when we have questions or requests. The location is handy for schools, parks, Lawrence Station, grocery stores, and other everyday needs. We'd recommend it to families looking to settle in Santa Clara.

A special thanks to the property manager, who's kind, professional, and quick to respond whenever we have a question or need help. They make sure things are properly taken care of and clearly care about the residents. The property itself is quiet, well maintained, and feels safe. It's also convenient for getting to stores, schools, and public transportation. I've had a great experience living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home.

Mixed experience. I called to ask whether an apartment was available to lease, and they hung up on me twice. This was Saturday, May 16th, between 12:45 and 12:59 pm.

I came back to lease here in 2023 after living in the building when it was new. The home and vehicle security, along with the quality of the interiors, appliances, flooring, and countertops, are reasons to consider this place. It's also close to expressways, freeways, and the train, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I only left because a job took me out of the area.

We stayed for more than a year, and this place was great. The owner and maintenance crew were the friendliest people I've met in an apartment community. Service requests were handled promptly, the rent was reasonable, and the gated grounds felt safe. The appliances are top-tier, EV charging is available as an add-on, and it's very pet-friendly.
