Best Western Inn Santa Clara

Breakfast had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bagels, cereal, coffee, and oatmeal. The room was very clean, though it smelled a little funky, and I found no bed bugs when I checked under the mattress. The shower pressure was spectacular. It’s on a busy street, but I barely heard traffic even though I’m very sensitive to noise. There are grocery stores close by, including a Korean market across the street and a Sprouts Market not far away. The mini fridge freezer kept the Korean ice cream I bought across the street solid. There’s also a coffee maker, and Patty the hotel cleaner brought me the coffee I asked for. The towels were clean. I didn’t use the microwave, but there was one in the room. Decent stay.

Ms. Claude and Mr. Dimel made my stay feel special. They were warm, attentive, and ready to help with a genuine smile, so I felt comfortable and cared for the whole time. Their professionalism and kindness reflect well on the hotel. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend this place.

I was in town for surgery, and the hotel was close to our Hospital. Mgr Dimel was gracious and helped us sort out a duplicate reservation I’d accidentally made when we only needed one. The room was very nice and clean, and I couldn’t be happier.

The free breakfast included with our stay is a great perk, and the rooms are clean and organized. Dimel, Cluadia, and the rest of the team were professional, gave outstanding customer service, and were very accommodating to my needs. I’ll definitely come back if I need a hotel in Santa Clara again.
