The rooftop pool and hot tub were breathtaking, and our room's huge balcony had a bistro set and fire pit. Kasa aka The Benton was a fabulous deal, and I'm so glad we booked it. There was a bit of a learning curve for getting into the room and finding our way around, but we got the hang of it. Everything was clean and accommodating, including detergent for the in-room washer and dryer and the dishwasher. They'd also stocked what we needed to prep food, even oil, salt, and pepper, which often gets missed.

The simple parking setup made things easy, and the whole stay was great. The unit is spacious with a layout I really liked. Having a good washer and dryer right there was the highlight for me. I'll book again the next time I visit!

The check-in directions were clear and detailed, and checking out was quick and easy. It was comfortable and quieter at night than I expected. The one problem I ran into was that the latch lock inside the elevator didn't work, so I used the stairs instead.

There's plenty of space in the rental, and I always enjoy the pool, spa, and workout area. The location works well too, with Santa Clara College nearby, good restaurants around, and easy access to San Jose Airport.

Once you're inside and have your key card, getting around is simple, though the initial check-in was a little challenging. The location is handy for the SCU area. I wish the TV had better options, since we live out of the country and don't subscribe to many streaming services.
