The houses have room for everyone to spread out, but still feel cozy when it’s time to be together. Parking on the streets and in overflow areas has worked well for us. The pools can get packed, though they’re a blast, and I’ve always found enough loungers and seats for my family. We love the lazy river, slides, and shallow pool area for cooling off in the sun. Nightly rentals seem fairly priced compared with other places. We’ll keep coming back.

We like staying here when we come to St. George. The nearby food and trails are a plus, and the pickleball courts are great. The houses are new and nice, and the pool is a favorite. Since it’s a neighborhood, we feel comfortable letting our little kids run around and play with other children staying in the complex.

Being together made for a fun family trip, and the pool commons were wonderful. Still, the house felt dirty and badly in need of attention, so I wouldn’t stay again. Our socks got filthy on the floors, there was orange mold in the master shower, and one bunk bed smelled like urine. Several things were broken: lights, the garbage disposal, the theater room couch, foosball table, and air hockey table. We managed with the second sink when the disposal failed. There weren’t enough towel hooks, and the couches and floors were very dirty. For what we paid, it was disappointing that so much was in disrepair. It seemed like the owners weren’t remodeling or reinvesting enough to keep the property nice.

We came from Washington, Florida, and different parts of Utah to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 85th birthday over the weekend. My wife and her four brothers had a great time catching up. The complex is busy, with two water parks and sports facilities nearby. We played cornhole at the house and ate like royalty. I’d highly recommend a visit if you get the chance.

We stayed in unit #10, a really nice three-bedroom, three-bathroom house. My daughter especially loved the slides and lazy river at the pool. Such a fun community!
