Most of the units are Jr. suites, with some one-bedroom suites too. The Jr suites are nicely decorated and come with a basic kitchen, full fridge, big desk, recliner, and even a "task board." You can borrow extra things later, like a toaster oven, blenders, rice cooker, and more, as the pictures show. I’d been wanting to stay here for a while and finally got the chance. It’s a pretty great place for travelers, especially if you want to save on meals and stay in a good area. The staff are helpful and responsive when you’re kind to them too. Rizza, Rich in maintenance, and the front desk team were all nice and went out of their way to help. I took off a star for the rooms because they only service them once every two weeks, and you can’t borrow a vacuum or cleaning supplies. Still, I’d say give this place a try. Be blessed 🙏

There was no hot water this morning because of a boiler problem, and the desk couldn’t say when it would be back. I had to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to shower, which was extremely inconvenient. The hotel should offer some compensation for that. It was a disappointing stay, and I won’t return.

The one-bedroom suites gave our families and friends plenty of comfortable space to get ready and make wedding preparations together. We’re so grateful everyone could stay at the Sonesta for our wedding weekend. The room block price was also really reasonable for the area. From planning the festivities through everyone’s arrival, the manager and staff were patient, welcoming, and quick to help with our many questions. They even decorated for our welcome event and arranged certain rooms close to one another to suit our guests’ preferences and make things easier. They were thoughtful and kind at every step. The location feels safe and is mostly quiet. CalTrain is very close and you can hear it, but the sound insulation does a good job. I’ve stayed here on and off for work over several months, and the suites have been clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Any issues I’ve run into were handled quickly by friendly, helpful staff. I’ve had a great experience at Sonesta Simply Suites.

Restaurants, cafes, and things to do nearby made the location especially convenient. Inside, the room was clean and comfortable, and the entrance had a relaxing feel with some creative decor. The staff were welcoming and professional, and they paid attention to what I needed. Israel, the sales manager, was particularly kind and made booking easy. He helped me get the room and amenities I wanted, and his support made me feel valued and made the stay memorable. I had a great experience and would recommend the hotel for its clean rooms, attentive staff, convenient location, and safe place to relax. I look forward to coming back.
