The complimentary breakfast had plenty for both kids and adults, and the suite was roomy and affordable. Everything was very clean, and the staff were kind. A great family stay, especially with six flags only two minutes away!

After a six-hour drive, we arrived to find the front desk couldn't locate the reservation I'd booked through Expedia several days earlier. They blamed Expedia, so I spent 90 minutes on calls trying to sort it out. It turned out the hotel hadn't sent back the reservation ID, meaning Expedia never completed the booking. Expedia refunded part of the stay, but the hotel did nothing. I asked the front desk to have a manager call me, and more than a week later I still hadn't heard from anyone. I guess the hotel didn't care that a loyal customer lost 90 minutes over this. I was furious, and I won't return. Stay away from this hotel. At checkout around 10 in the morning, we realized we'd left something in the room after turning in our keys. The front desk lady said she needed to escort us back since we'd checked out, which was fine. Another family arrived, and she asked us to wait, also fine. But after a long wait, we asked the other front desk lady for help. She just stood there and seemed to pretend she couldn't hear us. We waited another 10 minutes for the first lady to take us up.

It was just one night, but everything was nice and clean. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and breakfast had a good selection.

Trying to arrange a hotel block here for my wedding was a strange experience. I emailed and called Riley and Karla several times, and left Karla multiple voicemails, but got no response. She was the main contact, and all that remained was for us to sign the contract, yet for some reason she couldn't send it over. It felt like they didn't want our business. I wouldn't recommend booking a block here if you don't want to waste time trying to reach someone. Luckily there are other hotels in the area that do want the business.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff did a great job making us feel at ease. We came for Six Flags Magic Mountain, which is very close and easy to get to, and the park view was great. The fitness center was surprisingly nice, and the pool was great, too.
