Hyatt Regency Valencia

Christina was incredibly helpful with our reservation and made it clear she appreciated our loyalty. The main hotel doorman was charismatic and polite, too. I don't remember his name, but he was an awesome guy. The location is perfect, about a minute from Starbucks, Chipotle, and a whole mall. We enjoyed the luxurious rooms, professional service, good breakfast, relaxing pool, and spa. Thanks, see you all soon!

I loved the cute balcony and the views of the pool and palm trees. The entrance and location were beautiful, and there was a restaurant within walking distance that looked beautiful from outside. The room felt open, and the service was good. They brought up an extra blanket when I called downstairs, since there weren't any in the room. But the shower pressure was so low I couldn't get warm, and my feet stayed freezing until I fell asleep. The bed smelled of bleach, and the odor made my face feel dry. The sliding doors were really hard to move, and I thought it was odd there wasn't a microwave, though I did look. It rained for a few minutes, which was nice. I'd stay again, but hope another room has better water pressure. That was a big issue for me.

This is our go-to place when we need to break up a long drive to the LA area. The location works well, with lots of dining within walking distance. Check-in and checkout were easy, the staff were friendly, and parking was close and simple. Our room was clean and a good size, with comfortable beds.

We spent Thanksgiving here. The location is good, the rooms are spacious, and the bed was comfortable, but noise traveled badly through the room. One morning I woke to a couple arguing next door, and another morning to loud laughter from nearby guests. Our room went uncleaned for two days. We got up a bit later, and even asked housekeeping in person at the front desk, but the room still wasn't cleaned. Breakfast was poor and service very slow. The à la carte menu costs too much, and the buffet was so weak it wasn't worth the time. One night a homeless person was sleeping in the parking garage elevator, which made us feel unsafe. The location was the only real positive. The rest needs significant improvement.
