Our family booked several rooms for an event, and everyone across the generations was happy with the accommodations. The hotel is now run by Hilton and has been completely remodeled, so everything feels updated and fresh. Breakfast is free now, unlike when it was a Holiday Inn, and it was better than most standard hotel buffets. We were surprised to find a burrito bar with great carnitas, and there was enough variety to please everyone.

The staff were friendly and courteous, and we were surprised to find a restaurant on site that we both really enjoyed after arriving. We stopped here on the way to Fullerton for a wedding to break up the drive. It’s right off the 101 and easy to spot, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and my wife and I slept amazingly well. Parking was plentiful and free. We had a wonderful stay and will come back.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing feel. Corinna at the front desk deserves a special mention. She made check-in easy and welcoming, and went out of her way to keep everything running smoothly. Her helpful attitude really made a difference. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional, and I'd happily stay here again.

I showed up early hoping to enjoy the holiday weekend. I understood the room wasn't ready yet, and was told it would take an hour to clean. When I came back, they said another 30 minutes, then I was told Cal Fire had priority over me. Maybe the car show guests are the priority since I'm no longer a Diamond member? I don't stay with Hilton anymore, and this was a reminder why. I stay at Best Western now.

We had a great week here. The room, staff, and breakfast were all great, and the pool was heated. Our room had washer and dryer hookups. The jacuzzi was out of service, so I hope it's working next time. The gym was fantastic for someone like me who works out every day. We drove to Pismo a couple of times, too.
