The hot tub could've been cleaner, and I would've liked the option to park myself instead of paying a nightly valet fee. Parking at hotels seems common around here, though, and the valet was cheaper than what nearby hotels charge for self-parking. It also adds to the feeling of luxury. We stayed for a week and the views were amazing. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. The room was cleaned daily while we were out, with fresh towels and rags each time and very little disruption. The coffee shop was great, and the penthouse food was fantastic. I honestly didn't want to leave. Thanks for the lovely stay. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.

Parking costs a bit, but there are a couple of nearby parking buildings that are convenient. The hotel itself was the best place we stayed. The staff were great, and our room was amazing and very clean. The area is lovely, with the Santa Monica Pier only minutes away. When you enter the lobby, there's a wonderful scent that makes you feel like your holiday has started.

The location is everything, but this visit left me disappointed. I paid an extra $30 to upgrade to a better room and check in early, yet the TV entertainment wouldn't work and kept casting to other rooms. The in-room iPad also wasn't working. Technicians spent over three hours in my room trying to fix it, but never resolved the issue. For a short two-day stay, I didn't get the comforts I expected for the price. The Huntley is usually a great traditional hotel for my family and me, so I expected top-notch service.

They surprised me for my birthday with complimentary desserts and a bottle of champagne. It was such a thoughtful touch, and I really appreciated that kind of attention to detail. The hotel staff and hospitality were exceptional, and the rooms were clean and well kept. I came to celebrate and had an amazing stay. That level of service made it even more special. I highly recommend staying here.

The rooftop restaurant was top notch, and the stay was a great last-minute choice. The rooms were cozy and clean, with lovely views, crisp bedding, and bathrooms stocked with robes and slippers. Restaurants and coffee shops are easy to reach on foot, and you can stroll to the beach. On-site valet is a bit pricey, but parking nearby isn't cheap either.
