Ruby, the property manager, and the whole team are always a pleasure to work with. They're professional, friendly, and clearly care about making the community experience welcoming. I had a wonderful time at the Fall Event at The Gibson Santa Monica. The lively atmosphere was beautifully put together, and you could see the thought that went into helping residents feel appreciated. I'd highly recommend The Gibson to anyone looking for comfort, class, and great people.
Since moving into Gibson, I've felt so glad I chose to make it home. The community is clean and well maintained, and I see the cleaner out every day keeping it looking good. Everyone was welcoming and helpful from my first tour onward. Catherine and Ruby in the office have been amazing, always friendly and responsive, and they go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly.
I've gotten used to poor service from property managers, so living in a building where management actually puts effort into improving day-to-day life has been a welcome change. Bozzuto is doing a really great job. I especially enjoy the monthly events they organize. They're a real treat.

The rooftop is one of our favorite parts of living at Gibson Santa Monica. In summer it's a great place to relax after work or have friends over and enjoy the view. Ruby Sanchez, the community manager, made us feel taken care of from the start. She's very friendly and stays on top of things, and the rest of the staff have been responsive and helpful too. We've had a great experience here and would definitely recommend Gibson for its people and good vibes.
