We ended up here at the last minute after another hotel wasn't at all what we'd wanted. Next time, this will be our first choice. Everyone was very nice, and they had our room ready for check-in within an hour. The woman at reception, whose name I forgot, was especially kind. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily, and breakfast had lots of good options. Parking is $10 a night. It's a quiet neighborhood, with Santa Monica Pier about a ten-minute drive away and a Trader Joe's across the street. I recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. SureStay in Santa Monica is in a convenient spot near the beach, restaurants, and shops, so exploring was easy. For the price and location, it exceeded my expectations. I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Monica.

Breakfast is included, with a tasty range of options that seemed to suit everyone, and plenty of guests were enjoying it. Families with kids seem to love the place. The staff were especially friendly and helpful with all kinds of requests, always smiling. Annabella runs the morning show beautifully, with just enough 'ocd' to get everything right. The hotel is well run, extremely clean, and good value in Santa Monica. Rooms are a decent size and nicely equipped, with pleasant extras like a microwave, electric blinds, and cosmetic mirrors. Parking on the property is convenient and reasonably priced at $12 a day. The location is handy too, just minutes from major connectors hwy 10 and 405.

We stayed two nights and got in at midnight. The front desk staff were friendly at check-in. Breakfast was okay, mostly the basics for a continental spread. Parking cost $11, reasonable compared with nearby hotels and one reason we chose this place. The spots near Building 2 are really tight, but we parked by the main building and walked to our room, so it wasn't a big issue for us. Santa Monica Beach and Rodeo Drive are close, and Trader's Joe is a few blocks away for supplies. A great choice for the location and price.

We came from NJ on Nov 6 to visit family, and we're here for a week. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Housekeeping are lovely, and you can see how hard they work. The place is very clean and well kept, deserves 10 stars. Breakfast has an automatic pancake maker and all the toppings, plus gluten-free products, cereal, boiled eggs, coffee, juices, and extras like Nutella. The neighborhood feels safe and is busy but quiet. You're near the college, bus routes, Trader Joe's, a dollar store, Lyft, and wyamo. There are plenty of area maps and brochures, and the rooms have really nice bedding and bath products. This stay is making me want to stay longer.
