New Listing! Serenity At Dune Allen W/ Pool 3 Bedroom Home

The community pool was just a 2-3 minute walk, and we enjoyed it every day, I think. Dune Allen beach access is 0.6 miles away, an easy walk that we made several times. The neighborhood felt safe, people we met were friendly, and it was quiet throughout our stay. A street-legal golf cart could be handy if walking is difficult or you want the convenience, though we didn't need one. We loved it. Our group had 12 people, I think, six adults and six children, and 51 Conscience Way at Serenity at Dune Allen was absolutely perfect for us. The main floor was very clean and modern, with a queen bedroom and a nice private bathroom with a double vanity and a large shower, including both regular and rain shower heads. There was also a half bath, a laundry room with a stacked front-loading washer and dryer, and a spacious open kitchen, dining, and living area with a large island and stools. I only went upstairs once, so I can't remember everything up there. I believe there were two more levels, maybe three. I saw a kids' bunk room, at least two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms, plus a foosball table and a seating area. I think two of the upper levels had balconies with seating. The screened back porch had seating and a large TV. The A/C worked great, though I stayed cold because everyone else liked it cold. There were no keys, just a coded front door. I can't recommend it enough for a large group with kids.
