One Seagrove Place #1308 by Southern Vacation Rentals

The condition of unit 1406 was a huge disappointment. For a condo on 30A, we expected much better. The furniture looks very old and badly needs updating, and the electrical outlet by the door is dangerously loose. The Jacuzzi tub is concerning too: there's tape on the outside of the panel, and the Jacuzzi button is stuck permanently in. There are holes in the ceiling where the sliding-door blinds used to be, and the crown molding is missing. The broken threshold between the hardwood and tile scraped our feet and was painful and hazardous. These problems need prompt attention so the room is safe and comfortable for residents. We were deeply disappointed and would appreciate them being addressed right away.

The kitchen utensils were lacking, and our unit was missing hot hands and dryer essentials. Still, it was an amazing place to stay, and I'd definitely go again.

Room 1706 was so clean, and I absolutely loved the decor. The housekeeping staff were really friendly and clearly professional. A young woman who was about to clean seemed hesitant to use the elevator, so I told her she was welcome to ride with me. I loved how comfortable and clean the place was.

We keep coming back, staying here once a year for about five years now. The building has had a nice renovation, and the individual condos are well maintained. I took off a star because one of the two elevators was out for most of our stay this year and last year. With 21 floors and only one working elevator, the wait was lengthy.
